PARKOUR KIDS

Our parkour kids classes are a fun learning environment where we teach the fundamentals of parkour movement: running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, and landing. Games and exploratory activities underpin our teaching for this class - helping kids find confidence in their own bodies at a rate which suits them,

For school-aged kids in grades prep to 2.

PARKOUR YOUTH

This class takes the basic parkour movements and expands upon them. Strength and conditioning exercises build up our students so that they can tackle the challenges that being an active child can throw at them.

For school-aged youth from grades 3-6.

PARKOUR TEENS

Teens parkour classes offer a mix of intense coaching for challenging movements, and peer-based learning; an important part of personal growth in parkour.

Students will learn all movements from the fundamentals right up to advanced and complex movements, coupled with strength training to prepare their bodies.

For teens and young adults in grades 7 up to 18 years.

ADULT PARKOUR

Parkour for adults at Walk the Walls parkour is a little different. Train with a coach and group of peers to become a parkour practitioner the traditional way: through guided self-learning.

All aspects of parkour movement will be covered in this class - running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, and landing (some freerunning for style, too).

These classes are appropriate for adults of all skill and fitness levels - all that is needed is a willing attitude.
